2017年2月16日～23日まで鹿児島大学　進取の精神支援基金　留学生受入推進事業
/中・短期受入日本語研修（多言語鹿児島発信プロジェクト）が開催されました。
弊社では招聘航空券手配、招聘旅行保険加入、相手校担当者との直接連絡、その他招聘に関する手続きの補助・助言、諸経費の立替えを承りました。

From February 16th to 23rd, 2017, the Kagoshima University Entrepreneurial Spiritual Support Fund International Student Acceptance Promotion Project/Mid-Short Term Japanese Language Training (Multilingual Kagoshima Transmission Project) was held.
Our company arranged invitation air tickets, took out invitation travel insurance, made direct contact with the person in charge at the partner school, assisted and advised other procedures related to the invitation, and paid for expenses.  

2017年1月23日～24日に、第5回 Future Earth in Asia 国際ワークショップ が開催されました。弊社では海外からの招聘者航空券・連絡調整を担当させていただきました。

CSセンターでは、WEBサイト・登録フォーム開設・作成、カード決済フォーム導入、ポスターデザイン・印刷・発送作業、専用メールアドレス・ML作成、演者・座長依頼、抄録執筆依頼、ブース募集・案内文作成依頼・リマインド作業、各種費用立替、表彰状デザイン作成・楯手配、記念品調達、招待講演者国内旅行手配を担当いたしました。

The American College of Physicians (ACP) Japan Chapter Annual Meeting 2013 was held from May 31 (Sat) to June 1 (Sun), 2014 at Kyoto University Clock Tower Centennial Hall.
We will opened and createed a website/registration form, introduce a card payment form, design/print/ship posters, create a dedicated e-mail address/ML, request speakers/chairpersons, request abstract writing, recruit booths/introductory writing requests, etc. I was in charge of reminder work, reimbursement for various expenses, creation of award certificate design, arrangement of shields, procurement of souvenirs, and domestic travel arrangements for invited speakers.

　太陽光、風力、地熱、バイオマスなどの再生可能エネルギーは、日本国内で生産される二酸化炭素を出さないエネルギーとして、温暖化対策とエネルギー政策の両面から期待が高まっています。
政策面でも、今年7月1日から新しく「再生可能エネルギーの固定価格買取制度」が始まり、普及にはずみがつこうとしています。

2012年3月1日に総合地球環境学研究所にて、緊急国際シンポジウム【東南アジアで増大する洪水リスクと食料・健康への影響】が開催されました。CSセンターでは、海外からの招待講演者招聘（航空券手配、送迎手配）、ポスター・チラシデザイン・印刷、ポスター・チラシ封入送付作業、プログラム集デザイン・編集・印刷、論文集デザイン・編集・印刷、吊り看板・演題めくり作成設営を担当させていただきました。

On March 1, 2012, an urgent international symposium on "Increasing Flood Risk in Southeast Asia and Its Impact on Food and Health" was held at the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature. 【東南アジアで増大する洪水リスクと食料・健康への影響】

地球研「東南アジアにおける持続可能な食料供給と健康リスク管理の流域設計」プロジェクトでは、下記の要領で国際シンポジウムを開催いたします。
本シンポジウムでは、東南アジア諸国から食料・災害関連分野の専門家を招き、自然災害と食料・健康に関わる問題を議論します。基調講演には水災害・リスクマネジメント国際センター(ICHARM)・センター長の竹内邦良氏をお招きします。

【趣　旨】
2011年10月に発生したタイ・チャオプラヤでの大洪水に象徴されるように、近年アジア諸国では著しい人口増加と経済成長の影の側面として、大規模な洪水や土砂災害などの自然災害が多発しています。この背景には、長期にわたる上流域での森林伐採に加えて経済発展に伴う土地利用の変化があり、その結果、各国の食糧安全保障は脅かされ、下流域の大都市圏ではさまざまな経済損失や健康被害がもたらされていると想定されます。
そこで本シンポジウムでは、タイ、インドネシア、ベトナム、マレーシア、フィリピンなど東南アジア主要国での自然災害の実態と要因を明らかにするとともに、食料・健康への影響と問題解決に向けての取り組みについて検討します。なお本シンポジウムは、総合地球環境学研究所にて実施中の国際共同研究プロジェクト「東南アジアにおける持続可能な食糧供給と健康リスク管理の流域設計」の中間成果報告を兼ねています。各国から食料・災害の専門家・実務家を招いて、緊急を要するこれらの問題解決への道筋とリスク管理のあり方について皆様とともに考えたいと思います。

2011年12月9日（金）・10日（土）にコープ・イン・京都にて、第27回RBC-NIRS国際シンポジウム「DNA損傷応答シグナルにおけるクロマチン動態とエピジェネティク制御」が開催されました。
CSセンターでは、海外招待講演者招聘（連絡調整・航空券・ホテル・JRチケット・空港シャトル手配）、及びポスター・パンフ・抄録集デザイン・編集・印刷・発送作業を承りました。

The 27th RBC-NIRS International Symposium "Chromatin Dynamics and Epigenetic Regulation in DNA Damage Response Signals" was held on December 9th (Fri) and 10th (Sat), 2011 at Coop in Kyoto. Ta.
CS Center was in charge of inviting invited speakers from overseas (coordination, arrangement of air tickets, hotels, JR tickets, airport shuttles), as well as designing, editing, printing, and shipping posters, pamphlets, and abstracts.



  

2011年11月24日（木）にソニー株式会社本社にて、ソニー寄附講座公開シンポジウム2011「人類・未来の新たなる発展をめざして」第2回シンポジウムが開催されました。
CSセンターでは、招待講演者の招聘、テープ起こし・要約作成、レクリエーション保険を承りました。

On November 24, 2011 (Thursday), the 2nd symposium of Sony Endowed Lecture Open Symposium 2011 "Towards New Developments for Humankind and the Future" was held at the Sony Corporation headquarters.
CS Center took care of the invitation of invited speakers, transcription and summary creation, and recreational insurance.
  

11月13日（日）にキャンパスプラザ京都にて立命館大学大学院応用人間科学研究科開設10周年記念国際シンポジウム「第2回東日本大震災復興支援シンポジウム」対人援助者がコミュニティに入るとき-持続的な復興支援をめざして-が開催されました。
CSセンターでは、招待講演者の招聘（航空券手配・ホテル手配・連絡調整・送迎）及びディナー手配を承りました。

On November 13th (Sunday) at Campus Plaza Kyoto, the 10th anniversary international symposium of the Graduate School of Applied Human Sciences, Ritsumeikan University "The 2nd Great East Japan Earthquake Reconstruction Support Symposium" When Interpersonal Helpers Enter the Community - Sustainable Reconstruction Aiming to help - was held.
CS Center arranged for the invitation of invited speakers (arrangements for air tickets, hotels, liaison and transportation) and dinner arrangements.



  

2011年9月26日(月）～10月5日（水）まで、SPring-8 にて Cheiron School 2011 が開催されました。ＣＳセンターでは、外国人講師・生徒の招聘（旅行アレンジ及び連絡調整）、諸経費立替を担当させて戴きました。

Cheiron School 2011 was held at SPring-8 from Monday, September 26 to Wednesday, October 5, 2011. At CS Center, we were in charge of inviting foreign instructors and students (arranging trips and liaison) and reimbursing expenses.  

2011年9月11（日）に、科学技術振興機構社会技術研究開発センター研究開発成果実装支援プログラム「サハリン沖石油・天然ガス生産に備える市民協働による油汚染防除体制の構築」研究チーム（代表：立正大学後藤真太郎先生）主催による緊急シンポジウム！　「今だからこそみんなで考えよう日本の危機管理」が立正大学大崎キャンパス（東京都品川区大崎）で開催されました。
CSセンターでは、招待講演者の方々（アメリカより3名）の航空券手配及び連絡調整業務、同時通訳手配を承りました。

On September 11, 2011 (Sunday), the research team (leader : Dr. Shintaro Goto, Rissho University) Urgent symposium hosted by! "Let's all think about Japan's crisis management now" was held at Rissho University Osaki Campus (Osaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo).
At CS Center, we arranged flight tickets for the invited speakers (three from the United States), liaison and coordination, and arranged simultaneous interpretation.

"Evolutionary Consequences of Biological Interactions -genome to ecosystem"
が2011年7月9日(土)～10日(日)に京都大学百周年記念時計台記念館国際交流ホールにて開催されました。
（共催：　東京工業大学グローバルCOE「生命時空間ネットワーク進化型教育研究拠点」）
弊社では、ポスターパネル設営、大型スクリーン（4000mm×4000mm）設営、招待講演者の招聘手配、要旨集を承りました。

was held from Saturday, July 9th to Sunday, July 10th, 2011 at Kyoto University Centennial Clock Tower International Exchange Hall.
(Co-sponsored by: Tokyo Institute of Technology Global COE "Evolutionary Education and Research Center for Life-Spatio-Temporal Networks")
We set up poster panels, set up a large screen (4000mm x 4000mm), arranged to invite invited speakers, and prepared abstracts.
