京都大学時計台記念館で2023年1月27日にハイブリッド開催のプログラムにて下記諸業務を承りました。
機材・備品・設定等、同時通訳機材、Zoomオペレーター(ホスト)、映像オペレーター、音響オペレーター、カメラマン、技術管理スタッフ、通訳機材技術スタッフ、受付・会場スタッフ、動画収録スタッフ、同時通訳者
立て看板、矢印サイン、案内用印刷物、アクリル板、消毒液等、グループディスカッション用PC台、タイトルスライド作成、進行台本作成、Zoomアカウント設定、文字起こし（英語・日本語）、参加者リスト整理・突合せ（オンサイト・オンライン）、動画収録作業他
