During the conference we had the opportunity of attending the Gala Dinner for IEEE IFCS-EFTF 2023 conference which was held in Shogawa, about 50min away from Toyama City.

富山市からバスで50分、庄川での Gala Dinner
大型観光バス10台での送迎となりました。



  

At Toyama International Conference Center we provided operational support work for the
IEEE IFCS-EFTF 2023 conference which was held between May 15th to 19th. (Video/audio equipment and technicians, reception staff, on-site attendee support). We also helped with visa support for some of the attendees.
