京都大学経済研究所シンポジウムシリーズ：＜明るく楽しい少子高齢化社会への道筋＞　第3回 「理論と実証に基づく政策の確立に向けて　国際機関の現場から」が、2014年3月29日（土）に、キャンパスプラザ京都第3講義室にて開催されました。
CSセンターでは、ポスター・チラシ印刷、WEBサイト・参加登録フォーム作成、ポスター・チラシ発送作業代行、登録受付・管理、問合せ対応、当日配布資料印刷・セッティング・搬入、タイムスケジュール・進行台本・タイトルバック作成、立て看板、前垂れ、パネル討論用筆記用具、各種映像機器・ケーブル・PC準備、受付・会場スタッフ、映像技術スタッフ、会場内サイン等を担当させていただきました。

Kyoto University Institute of Economic Research Symposium Series: 3rd ``Toward the establishment of policies based on theory and empirical evidence from the field of international organizations'', March 29, 2014 (Saturday) ) was held at Campus Plaza Kyoto Lecture Room 3.
We were in charge of poster/flyer printing, website/participation registration form creation, poster/flyer shipping work agency, registration reception/management, inquiry response, handout printing/setting/delivery, time schedule/progress script/title background creation , billboards, placards, writing utensils for panel discussions, various video equipment/cables/PC preparations, reception/venue staff, video technology staff, signs in the venue, etc.




  

慶應義塾大学シンポジウム「健康長寿の世界標準を創出するシステム医学・医療がもたらすイノベーション」が2014年3月22日（土）にアルカディア市ヶ谷で開催されました。弊社ではポスター・チラシデザイン印刷、Webサイト・登録フォーム作成、封筒作成、要旨集デザイン編集・印刷製本、参加者・講演者問合せ対応、登録内容集計報告、運営マニュアル・進行台本・タイトルバック作成、名札作成、テープ起こし、日英要約作成、当日スタッフ（映像オペレーター、ディレクター、受付、会場設営、外国人招聘者アテンド、司会、ビデオ撮影、スチール写真撮影、同時通訳）、同時通訳機材、トランシーバー、映像機器、音声収録他、事務用品・備品手配等を担当いたしました。

The Keio University Symposium "Innovation brought about by system medicine and medical care to create a global standard for healthy longevity" was held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Arcadia Ichigaya. At our company we were in charge of, poster/flyer design printing, website/registration form creation, envelope creation, abstract book design editing/printing/binding, participant/speaker inquiry support, registration content tally report, management manual/progress script/title background creation, name tag Production, Transcription, Japanese-English Summarization, On-site Staff (Video Operator, Director, Receptionist, Venue Setup, Attendance for Foreign Guests, Moderator, Video Shooting, Still Photography, Simultaneous Interpretation), Simultaneous Interpretation Equipment, Transceiver, Video Equipment , I was in charge of voice recording and other arrangements for office supplies and equipment.
