CDB Symposium 2016が、2016年3月28日～30日まで、理化学研究所　多細胞システム形成研究センター（RIKEN CDB）にて開催されました。CSセンターでは海外招待講演者の招聘手続き、費用立替え等を担当致しました。

CDB Symposium 2016 was held from March 28 to 30, 2016 at the RIKEN Center for Developmental Biology (RIKEN CDB).
We were in charge of procedures for inviting overseas invited speakers and reimbursement for expenses.  

2016年3月18日・19日・20日に京都大学百周年時計台記念館及び国際イノベーション棟にて、第30回日本助産学会学術集会が開催されました。弊社では、ポスター・チラシ作成、WEBサイト作成、参加・演題登録フォーム、展示・広告等協賛企業管理、看板関連、企業展示各企業追加備品受付、事前登録者管理、入金管理、当日スタッフ、記念式典関連（金屏風・赤毛氈・姿見・クローク）、総会会議費（コーヒー及び茶菓手配）、宿泊ホテル手配等を担当致しました。

The 30th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Midwifery was held on March 18th, 19th and 20th, 2016 at Kyoto University Clock Tower Centennial Hall and International Innovation Building. At our company, we create posters and flyers, create a website, participate and present a registration form, manage sponsors such as exhibitions and advertisements, signboards, accept additional equipment for company exhibitions, manage pre-registrants, manage payments, staff on the day, and commemorative ceremonies. We were in charge of related matters (gold folding screen, red-haired screen, full-length mirror, cloakroom), meeting expenses for the general meeting (arrangement of coffee and refreshments), accommodation hotel arrangement, etc.
