創立20周年記念シンポジウム 「『先端政策研究』の現在地」
ご盛会にて無事終了いたしました。
弊社では、ポスター・フライヤーデザイン・印刷、登録フォーム作成、参加申込受付業務一式（問合せ対応、リスト作成等）、過去参加者様向け一斉送信メール広報作業、アンケートメール リマインド作業。当日は会場スタッフなど、前垂れ、受付表示・関係者席表示など、技術員・機材（映像・音響・収録）及び動画編集を承りました・。
The event was a great success and ended without a hitch.

2021年11月23日にドイツのハイデルベルク大学、カールスルーエ工科大学、Max Planck研究所と京都大学を結んだオンライン国際ワークショップ開催の諸業務を承りました。弊社では、配信・映像・音響機材、英語対応Zoom配信管理オペレーター、英語対応配信アシスタント、進行台本及びタイトルPPT作成（英語）、Zoom URL送付作業、スクリーンショット（ブレイクアウトルーム2室巡回含）、視聴者入室管理、英文テープ起こしを承りました。

We oversaw various tasks such as operator (delivery / video / sound), photographer, event director, English director, video recording/editing, on-demand publishing related work, simultaneous interpreter arrangement, simultaneous interpretation equipment, standing signboard, and various sign creation.
