2013年8月22日~23日まで、The 4th ASEAN+3 Heads of International Relations Meeting が京都大学にて開催されました。
弊社では、エクスカーションツアー造成催行（バス・英語ガイド手配、拝観料・茶菓代立替、国内旅行傷害保険加入）及びコングレスバッグ作成を担当させていただきました。
The 4th ASEAN+3 Heads of International Relations Meeting was held at Kyoto University from August 22nd to 23rd, 2013.
Our company was in charge of creating excursion tours (arranging buses and English guides, paying for admission fees and tea and refreshments, subscribing to domestic travel accident insurance) and creating congress bags.
