2020年1月13日開催の 第3回認定再生医療等委員会教育研修会 大阪会場　にて　案内誘導・会場内補助業務
及び 動画撮影・データ編集業務を請負ました。

We provided Guidance and assistance at the venue and we also contracted video shooting and data editing work for the 3rd Certified Regenerative Medicine Committee Educational Workshop held on January 13, 2020 Osaka Venue.

2019年10月3日、鮒鶴京都鴨川リゾートにてのバンケット会場に舞妓・芸妓手配を行いました。
On October 3, 2019, we arranged maiko and geisha for the banquet venue at Funazuru Kyoto Kamogawa Resort.

We handled a short-term rental of a water server from the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature.  

2018年4月16日～20日まで神戸大学で開催の DIS2018 では、ホームページ制作、ロゴデザイン、ポスターデザイン・制作、ポスター海外発送作業を承りました。

For DIS2018, which was held at Kobe University from April 16th to 20th, 2018, we received orders for website creation, logo design, poster design and production, and poster overseas shipping.



  

2018年3月8日（木）アメリカのロースクールの学生さんたちの京都地裁見学会のお手伝いをさせていただき、逐次通訳を担当させていただきました。

On March 8, 2018 (Thursday), I was in charge of consecutive interpreting at the Kyoto District Court tour for American law school students.  

KYOTO iUP SMAN 8 & SMAN 78 インドネシア及びフィリピンの高等学校校長先生ご一行様の招聘、インドネシア通訳を担当させていただきました。

For the KYOTO iUP SMAN 8 & SMAN 78, we invited high school principals from Indonesia and the Philippines and took charge of Indonesian interpretation.






  

2017年11月10日～11日に開催されました　立命館大学防災フロンティア研究会　の福岡県での調査活動にて、バス・宿泊・食事手配を承りました。

We arranged bus, accommodation, and meals for the Ritsumeikan University Disaster Prevention Frontier Research Group's research activities in Fukuoka Prefecture held from November 10th to 11th, 2017.  

2017年10月28日（土）、年一度の日文研一般公開が行われました。

2017年7月12日に公益財団法人高輝度光科学研究センター（JASRI）にて SPRING-8 放射線講習会が開催されました。
CSセンターでは、日本語講演の音声を英語翻訳後、発表スライドに合わせての英語ナレーションの収録業務を承りました。

On July 12, 2017, the SPRING-8 Radiation Seminar was held at the Japan Synchrotron Radiation Research Institute (JASRI).
After translating the audio of the Japanese lecture into English, we took on the task of recording the English narration to match the presentation slides.  

2017年7月28日（金）に地球研オープンハウスが開催されました。

CDB Retreat が、2017年7月18日～19日迄、淡路夢舞台で開催されました。
CSセンターでは、大型バス8台による各研究所 （理化学研究所 多細胞システム形成研究センター・ライフサイエンス技術基盤研究センター・生命システム研究センター） ～会場の往復送迎手配 及び 会場・運営・設営経費の立替えを承りました。

CDB Retreat was held from July 18th to 19th, 2017 at Awaji Yumebutai.
We arranged 8 large buses will be used to arrange transportation to and from each research institute (RIKEN Multicellular System Development Research Center, Life Science Technology Base Research Center, Life System Research Center) and venue, operation, and construction expenses.



  

2017年4月9日（日）、岡田節人先生を偲ぶ会が京都大学百周年時計台記念館で行われました。
1階大ホールの遮光カーテンを開くと満開の桜が美しく、素晴らしい会となりました。
CSセンターでは、案内状リスト整理・発送、参加申込み受付、リーフレット印刷等の業務を承りました。

On April 9, 2017 (Sunday), a memorial service was held at Kyoto University Clock Tower Centennial Hall.
The cherry blossoms in full bloom were beautiful when the blackout curtains in the large hall on the first floor were opened, making for a wonderful gathering.
We took care of organizing and sending invitation lists, accepting applications for participation, and printing leaflets.









  

Winter Seminar on HSD and Energy Science held in Kyoto University in January 2017
の京都体験ツアーを2017年1月14日（土）に実施いたしました。
午前は、ハンディクラフトセンターにて「京こま作り」、午後は「着物着付けとお茶の体験」でした。
当日は降雪により寒さが厳しい1日でしたが東南アジアの学生さんが多く、とても元気に活動されていました。

Kyoto experience tour was held on Saturday, January 14, 2017.
In the morning, we went to the Handicraft Center to make Kyoto spinning tops, and in the afternoon we had a kimono dressing and tea ceremony experience.
It was a cold day due to snowfall, but there were many students from Southeast Asia and they were very active.  

The 28th CDB Meetingが、2016年11月27日～29日まで、理化学研究所　多細胞システム形成研究センター（RIKEN CDB）にて開催されました。CSセンターでは海外招待講演者の招聘手続き、費用立替え等を担当致しました。

The 28th CDB Meeting was held from November 27th to 29th, 2016 at the RIKEN Center for Developmental Biology (RIKEN CDB).
We were in charge of procedures for inviting overseas invited speakers and reimbursement for expenses.  

2016年11月18日（金）に、立命館大学防災フロンティア研究会の「鳥取県での調査活動」において、CSセンターでは、大型観光バス、昼食手配、国内旅行傷害保険加入を承りました。

On Friday, November 18, 2016, at the Ritsumeikan University Disaster Prevention Frontier Study Group's "Investigation Activities in Tottori Prefecture", we arranged a large sightseeing bus, arranged lunch, and took out domestic travel accident insurance.  

The 27th CDB Meetingが、2016年11月14日～15日まで、理化学研究所　多細胞システム形成研究センター（RIKEN CDB）にて開催されました。CSセンターでは海外招待講演者の招聘手続き、費用立替え等を担当致しました。

2014年11月14日（金）に、立命館大学防災フロンティア研究会の「天ヶ瀬ダム再開発事業見学会」において、CSセンターでは、大型観光バス、昼食手配、国内旅行傷害保険加入を承りました。

CSセンターでは、2013年4月より 立命館大学白川静記念東洋文字文化研究所 より委託を受け、漢字教育士資格の合格証書申請受付・発行の事務局作業を行っております。

Since April 2013, CS Center has been commissioned by the Ritsumeikan University Shizuka Shirakawa Memorial Institute for Oriental Letters and Culture to work as a secretariat for accepting and issuing certificates for Kanji educators.
