We undertook the following tasks.

Contract work:
・Detailed information on seminars and requests for submission of required documents for seminar participants from overseas
・ Answering questions from participants
・Summarizing and reporting of submitted documents
・Entrance permit ・Documents required for Japanese visa sent by courier
・Send a report card after the seminar by courier  

2020年1月18日～1月23日、筑波大学にて開催されました　MIT-Tsukuba Joint-Workshop において下記業務を承りました。

渡航手配関連：
・招待講演者との連絡調整
・航空券・日本での宿泊・空港送迎

事務手続関連：
・講演報酬に対する課税における二重課税回避説明及び必要書類の提出依頼
・招聘元にて必要な渡航証明書類（ボーディングパス・搭乗証明書）の講演者への提出依頼

From January 18th to January 23rd, 2020, we accepted the following work at the MIT-Tsukuba Joint-Workshop held at the University of Tsukuba.

Related to travel arrangements:
・Coordination with invited speakers
・Flight ticket ・Accommodation in Japan ・Airport transfer

Administrative Procedures:
・Explanation on avoidance of double taxation in taxation of lecture fees and request for submission of necessary documents
・Request for submission of necessary travel documents (boarding pass, boarding certificate) to the speaker at the inviting party  

第11回 MACSコロキウム　A0サイズポスターのデザイン・データ作成及び防水紙印刷を承りました。

We accepted the design and data creation of the A0 size poster and printing on waterproof paper for the 11th MACS Colloquium.

バリアブル印刷（証書台紙印刷、氏名等情報印刷）、宛名作成・封入・送付作業一式を承りました。
