2025年3月18日開催のシンポジウムにて日英同時通訳者、訳音響技術員・機材、Web配信・映像技術員・機材設営を行いました

We provided Japanese-English simultaneous interpretation, audiovisual technicians and equipment, web distribution and video technicians and equipment setup for the symposium held on March 18, 2025.







  

Web会議システムで配信された講演会記録動画の編集作業を承りました。

We were commissioned to edit a video recording of a lecture that was streamed via a web conferencing system.  

研究会開催支援業務 にて日英同時通訳者、通訳音響技術員・機材などの業務を承りました。




  

帝国ホテル東京での開催の国際シンポジウム動画収録及び編集作業を承りました。
We were commissioned to record and edit video for an international symposium held at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo.








  

2025年2月26日（水）～27日（木）日韓逐次通訳業務を承りました。
We were commissioned to provide Japanese-Korean consecutive interpretation services from Wednesday, February 26th to Thursday, February 27th, 2025.



  

サイバーフィジカルシステムトと法実践にて、Web配信、映像・音響・技術、動画撮影・編集技術者手配、同時通訳者2名手配、通訳機材・技術員、立て看板・サイン作成など手配及び支援業務を承りました。

We handled the arrangements and support for web distribution, video, audio and technology, video shooting and editing technicians, arrangements for two simultaneous interpreters, interpretation equipment and technicians, and signboard and sign creation for the Cyber-​​Physical Systems and Law symposium.







  

ご盛会にて無事終了いたしました。
弊社では、ポスター・フライヤーデザイン・印刷、登録フォーム作成、参加申込受付業務一式（問合せ対応、リスト作成等）、過去参加者様向け一斉送信メール広報作業、アンケートメール　リマインド作業。当日は会場スタッフなど、前垂れ、受付表示・関係者席表示など、技術員・機材（映像・音響・収録）及び動画編集を承りました・。

The event was a great success and ended without a hitch.
Our company was responsible for the design and printing of posters and flyers, the creation of registration forms, all application reception work (responding to inquiries, creating lists, etc.), mass email publicity work to be sent to past participants, and survey email reminders. On the day of the event, we were in charge of the venue staff, including aprons, reception signs, and related seating signs, as well as technicians, equipment (video, audio, recording), and video editing.

The 3rd academic conference of the Society for Health Data Science (General Incorporated Association) was held at Fukutake Hall, University of Tokyo.

2024年3月5日（於：東京国際フォーラム）ハイブリッド開催「構造変化への適応～世界経済はどこへ向かうのか～」にて、映像・配信・音響技術機材及びスタッフ、英語対応スタッフ、動画収録・編集作業を承りました。

On March 5th, 2024, we provided video, distribution, and audio technology equipment and staff, English-speaking staff, and video recording for the hybrid event “Adapting to Structural Changes: Where is the World Economy Heading?” which was held at Tokyo International Forum.




  

医学物理・医工計測グローバル拠点最終報告会にて、集合写真・動画撮影・編集・文字起こし・翻訳・ポスター作成業務を承りました

At the final report meeting of the Global Center for Medical Physics and Medical Engineering Measurement, we were responsible for taking group photos, taking videos, editing, transcribing, translating, and creating posters.







  

2024年2月17日（土）～18日（日）に京都大学で開催されました　東日本大震災における原発事故による福島の損害賠償と復興～これまでの歩みとこれから～　にて、ハイブリッド開催の当日運営支援、準備事務局、文字起こし、動画編集等諸業務を承りました

The hybrid event 「Compensation and reconstruction of Fukushima due to the nuclear power plant accident during the Great East Japan Earthquake - Past progress and future」 held at Kyoto University from February 17th (Saturday) to February 18th (Sunday), 2024. We handled various tasks such as operational support, preparatory office, transcription, video editing, etc.



  

1月27日に行われたL-Insight“若手研究者の海外留学・海外転職、再考――パンデミック後の研究キャリア選択”、京都大学百周年記念時計台記念ホールで開催されました。当社は、参加者の登録と連絡、講演者への連絡、映像音響技術者および機材の手配、受付サポートなどの諸業務を承りました。

At the L-INSIGHT Career Program Global Mobility for Early Career Researchers in Post-pandemic World symposium held on January 27th at Kyoto University’s Centennial Clock Tower Memorial Hall. Our company provided various services, including handling attendee registration and contacting attendees, contacting speakers, arrangement of audiovisual technicians and equipment, and day of reception support.

2023年12月15日開催の　「複雑化する途上国の公的債務問題～債務の罠問題や中国との協働にどう取り組むか」にてウェビナー当日技術支援及び動画収録・編集を承りました

We provided technical support on the day, video recording and editing for the "Increasing complexity of public debt issues in developing countries - How to tackle debt trap issues and collaboration with China" webinar, held on December 15, 2023.

At the CiRA 2023 International Symposium シン・CiRA ~The voyage of discovery by having new eyes~ held at Kyoto University’s Centennial Clock Tower Memorial Hall. Our company provided various services, including travel and accommodation arrangements for speakers, handling attendee registration, designed and printed poster and signboard, website creation, arranging transportation for speakers, contacting attendees, arrangement of audiovisual technicians and equipment, and day of reception support.





  

Blockchain Kaigi 2023 国際ワークショップは理化学研究所　神戸キャンパス 融合連携イノベーション推進棟(RIKEN IIB)で開催されました。当社は、当社は、参加者の登録処理、英語および日本語での現地スタッフの提供、ポスターのデザインと印刷、案内板や名札のデザインと印刷、ランチボックスの手配、そしてウェブサイトの作成などの諸業務を承りました。

At the Blockchain Kaigi 2023 symposium, held at the RIKEN Kobe Campus Integrated Innovation Building (IIB). Our company provided various services including, handling attendee registration, provided on onsite staff in English and Japanese, poster design and printing, guidance sign and nametag design and printing, lunch box arrangement, and website creation.
