2019年9月9日～10日迄、慶應義塾大学三田キャンパスにて　UMAC Tokyo Seminar　が開催されました。
弊社では、下記の諸業務を承りました。

◎名簿作成とメール対応
参加者名簿作成、保険対象者リスト作成、慶應学術事業会送付、参加者へのInvitation Letter送付及びメール対応、食物アレルギー等のDietary Restrictionsの確認
◎ランチマップ作成
データ作成・編集
◎会場の準備・設営及び当日受付
会場設営、当日受付・誘導・備品移動、当日・ツアー・レセプション受付及び現状復帰要員

From September 9th to 10th, 2019, the UMAC Tokyo Seminar was held at Keio University's Mita Campus.
We undertook the following services.

◎ Creating a list and responding to emails
Create a list of participants, create a list of those covered by insurance, send Keio Academic Affairs, send invitation letters to participants and respond to emails, confirm Dietary Restrictions such as food allergies
◎Creating a lunch map
Data creation/editing
◎ Venue preparation and construction and reception on the day
Venue setup, reception on the day, guidance, moving equipment, reception on the day, tour, reception and staff to return to the status quo
