東アジア国際会議が　2020年2月9日（日）～13日（木）に開催されました。
COVID-19の影響で中国の方々等30名様程がお越しになれませんでしたが、無事に終了致しました。
弊社では宿泊手配、旅行保険手配を承りました。

The East Asia International Conference was held from February 9th (Sun) to 13th (Thursday), 2020.
Due to COVID-19, about 30 people from China could not come, but it ended successfully.
We arranged accommodation and travel insurance.

From January 18th to January 23rd, 2020, we accepted the following work at the MIT-Tsukuba Joint-Workshop held at the University of Tsukuba.

総合地球環境学研究所にて開催のセミナー講演者の渡航関連手続き：航空券・空港送迎 及び 日本国内視察ツアーのバス及び通訳者手配を承りました。

We arranged travel related procedures for seminar speakers held at the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature: air tickets, airport transfers, and buses and interpreters for Japan domestic inspection tours.  

2019年9月9日～30日迄開催の　立命館大学歴史都市防災研究所国際研修及び学外視察諸業務を承りました。
海外からの研修参加者・講師航空券手配、招聘者との連絡業務、、査証書類作成支援、送迎手配、大型観光バス手配、宿泊ホテル・駐車場手配等を担当させていただきました。

We accepted the international training and off-campus inspection work of the Ritsumeikan University Research Institute for Disaster Prevention and Urban History held from September 9th to 30th, 2019.
We were in charge of arranging air tickets for training participants and lecturers from overseas, contacting with invited guests, supporting visa document preparation, pick-up and drop-off arrangements, large sightseeing bus arrangements, accommodation hotels and parking lots, etc.

2019年9月4日 ～ 9月5日に、マレーシアにて、The 20th Senior Technical Managers’ Meeting (STM20) が開催されました。
弊社では、招待講演者と主催者との連絡調整業務及び航空券手配を承りました。
The 20th Senior Technical Managers’ Meeting (STM20) was held in Malaysia from September 4th to 5th, 2019.

2018年3月22日～23日迄、京都大学楽友会館にて、COLMOB2018が開催されました。
CSセンターでは、海外招待講演者の航空券・ホテル及び空港送迎及び海外参加者向けのホテル手配及び各講演者・参加者との連絡・調整を担当させていただきました。

COLMOB2018 was held at Kyoto University Rakuyu Kaikan from March 22nd to 23rd, 2018.
We at CS Center was in charge of arranging air tickets, hotels and airport transfers for overseas invited speakers, hotel arrangements for overseas participants, and contacting and coordinating with each speaker/participant.










  

KYOTO iUP SMAN 8 & SMAN 78 インドネシア及びフィリピンの高等学校校長先生ご一行様の招聘、インドネシア通訳を担当させていただきました。

For the KYOTO iUP SMAN 8 & SMAN 78, we invited high school principals from Indonesia and the Philippines and took charge of Indonesian interpretation.






  

国際シンポジウム「南シナ海問題と世界秩序の未来」が、2018年1月27日（土）に同志社大学今出川キャンパスにて開催されました。弊社では海外研究者招聘航空券・宿泊手配及び連絡調整業務、WEB登録フォーム作成、事前登録管理業務、ポスター・リーフレットデザイン作成・印刷及び指定先への送付作業、当日看板・サイン類作成・設置・撤収、エクスカーションツアーの担当をさせていただきました。

The international symposium "South China Sea Issues and the Future of the World Order" was held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Imadegawa Campus of Doshisha University. At our company, we arrange air tickets and accommodations for inviting researchers from overseas, liaise and coordinate, create online registration forms, manage pre-registration, create and print posters and leaflets, and send them to designated destinations. We were in charge of the evacuation and the excursion tour.








  

2018年1月15日～17日に 第6回 Future Earth アジア地域ワークショップ 及び アジア地域顧問会が開催されました。弊社では海外からの招聘者航空券・連絡調整を担当させていただきました。

The 6th Future Earth Asia Regional Workshop and Asian Regional Advisory Committee were held from January 15 to 17, 2018. At our company, we were in charge of air tickets and liaison coordination for guests from overseas.

At the Winter Seminar on Human Security Development and Energy Science 2018 was held from January 9th (Tuesday) to 20th (Saturday), 2018, we at CS Center handled the general affairs for invitations and excursion tours (Heian Shrine, Handicraft Center experience class, a kimono tea ceremony experience).



  

2017年12月9日（土）に、京都大学益川ホールにて、 "2nd CER-NIE Joint Symposium: Ecology in a new generation: Interdisciplinary approach to biodiversity" が開催されました。CSセンターでは、海外からの招待講演者招聘手配、立て看板、矢印誘導サイン、横看板、スタンドフラワーの配送・設置・撤収を担当させていただきました。

"2nd CER-NIE Joint Symposium: Ecology in a new generation: Interdisciplinary approach to biodiversity" was held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Maskawa Hall, Kyoto University. At the CS Center, I was in charge of inviting invited speakers from overseas, delivering, installing, and removing the billboards, arrow guidance signs, horizontal billboards, and stand flowers.







  

2017年12月2日（土）に、国際シンポジウム 世界の食研究と高等教育～ガストロノミーを拓く～が、立命館大学びわこ・くさつキャンパス　ローム記念館で開催されました。
CSセンターでは、招待講演者の航空券手配、連絡調整業務、空港送迎・同行サービス手配、宿泊ホテル手配を担当させていただきました。

On Saturday, December 2, 2017, the international symposium "Food Research and Higher Education in the World - Pioneering Gastronomy -" was held at Ritsumeikan University's Biwako-Kusatsu Campus ROHM Memorial Hall.
We at CS Center were in charge of arranging air tickets for the invited speakers, liaison and coordination, airport transfers and accompanying services, and hotel accommodations.  

立命館大学ユネスコ・チェア「文化遺産と危機管理」国際研修（UNESCO Chair Programme on Cultural Heritage and Risk Management, International Training Course (ITC) on Disaster Risk Management of Cultural Heritage 2017, 12th year, Ritsumeikan University）が、28th August to 16th September, 2017に Kyoto, Kobe and Kumano, Japan で開催されました。CSセンターでは、海外よりの専門家及び講師招聘（ブータン、トルコ、マラウイ、ブラジル、ラオス、イタリア、インド、ネパール、アメリカ、マレーシア、フィリピン、パキスタン、ルーマニア）、査証書類作成支援、ホテル手配・管理、バス・空港シャトル・専用タクシー手配等を担当させていただきました。

Ritsumeikan University UNESCO Chair Program on Cultural Heritage and Risk Management, International Training Course (ITC) on Disaster Risk Management of Cultural Heritage 2017, 12th year, Ritsumeikan University, 28th August It was held in Kyoto, Kobe and Kumano, Japan on to 16th September, 2017. The CS Center invites experts and lecturers from overseas (Bhutan, Turkey, Malawi, Brazil, Laos, Italy, India, Nepal, the United States, Malaysia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Romania), assists with visa document preparation, arranges and manages hotels, I was in charge of arranging buses, airport shuttles, private taxis, etc.  

2017年7月4日（火）～7月7日（金）まで、慶應義塾大学にて　”GIGA Summer Program for College Counselors 2017” が開催されました。
CSセンターでは、招聘者の航空券手配及び連絡調整、空港お出迎え・同行、出迎えハイヤー手配、マイクロバス送迎、宿泊手配、査証サポート（インドネシア1名・ベトナム4名）を承りました。

The ``GIGA Summer Program for College Counselors 2017'' was held at Keio University from July 4th (Tuesday) to July 7th (Friday), 2017.
We arranged airline tickets and liaison arrangements for the invited guests, airport pick-up and accompaniment, pick-up hire arrangements, microbus transfers, accommodation arrangements, and visa support (one from Indonesia and four from Vietnam).  

CDB Symposium 2017が、2017年3月27日～29日まで、理化学研究所　多細胞システム形成研究センター（RIKEN CDB）にて開催されました。CSセンターでは16名様の招聘手続き、費用立替え等を担当致しました。

CDB Symposium 2017 was held from March 27th to 29th, 2017 at the RIKEN Center for Developmental Biology (RIKEN CDB).
We were in charge of the procedures for inviting 16 people and paying for their expenses.
