学会事務局業務（年間業務）

学会フォーラム事務局より下記のような会計業務を承りました。
・会計帳簿、会計伝票（現金・預金出納帳）、会費明細台帳等の作成管理
・入金伝票、出金伝票、振替伝票の作成管理
・通帳管理、収支決算書の作成
・事業費、管理費及び予備費の支払代行
・事務局から指示された会計処理

We provided the bellow accounting services from the secretariat of the Society Forum.
・ Creation and management of accounting books, accounting slips (cash / deposit accounting books), membership fee statement ledgers, etc.
・ Creation management of deposit slips, withdrawal slips, and transfer slips
・ Passbook management, preparation of income statement
・ Payment agency for business expenses, management expenses and contingency expenses
・ Accounting instructed by the secretariat
