京都大学経済研究所シンポジウム「自然科学と人文・社会科学の連携」

京都大学経済研究所シンポジウム「自然科学と人文・社会科学の連携」が、2015年3月26日（木）に、新・都ホテル陽明殿にて開催されました。
CSセンターでは、ポスター・チラシ印刷、WEBサイト・参加登録フォーム作成、ポスター・チラシ発送作業代行、登録受付・管理、問合せ対応、当日配布資料印刷・セッティング・搬入、タイムスケジュール・進行台本・タイトルバック作成、前垂れ、パネル討論用筆記用具、各種映像機器・ケーブル・PC準備、受付・会場スタッフ、映像技術スタッフ、会場内サイン等を担当させていただきました。

The Kyoto University Institute of Economic Research symposium "Collaboration between natural sciences and humanities/social sciences" was held on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the new Miyako Hotel Yomeiden.
We were in charge of poster/flyer printing, website/participation registration form creation, poster/flyer shipping work agency, registration reception/management, inquiry response, handout printing/setting/delivery, time schedule/progress script/title background creation , Maedara, writing utensils for panel discussion, various video equipment/cables/PC preparations, reception/venue staff, video technology staff, signs in the venue, etc.
