京都大学経済研究所シンポジウム「22世紀に向けた政策課題と大学の役割:京都からの発信」

京都大学経済研究所シンポジウム「22世紀に向けた政策課題と大学の役割:京都からの発信」が、2014年12月13日（土）に、新・都ホテル陽明殿にて開催されました。
CSセンターでは、ポスター・チラシ印刷、WEBサイト・参加登録フォーム作成、ポスター・チラシ発送作業代行、登録受付・管理、問合せ対応、当日配布資料印刷・セッティング・搬入、タイムスケジュール・進行台本・タイトルバック作成、前垂れ、パネル討論用筆記用具、各種映像機器・ケーブル・PC準備、受付・会場スタッフ、映像技術スタッフ、会場内サイン等を担当させていただきました。

The Kyoto University Institute of Economic Research's symposium "Policy Issues for the 22nd Century and the Role of Universities: Messages from Kyoto" was held on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the Shin Miyako Hotel Yomeiden.
We, CS Center were tasked with creating the poster/flyer printing, website/participation registration form creation, poster/flyer shipping work agency, registration reception/management, inquiry response, handout printing/setting/delivery, time schedule/progress script/title background creation , Maedara, writing utensils for panel discussion, various video equipment/cables/PC preparations, reception/venue staff, video technology staff, signs in the venue, etc.
