川端康成作の小説「古都」で有名な北山杉の里の主な見所を、地元に熟知したガイドと散策しませんか。”北山杉”の緑に囲まれ、清滝川の清流でゆったりゆっくりと中川の町並みを満喫できます。

Why don't you take a walk with a guide who knows the locals about the main attractions of Kitayama Cedar Village, which is famous for Yasunari Kawabata's novel "Ancient Capital"? Surrounded by the greenery of "Kitayama cedar", you can relax and enjoy the townscape of Nakagawa in the clear stream of Kiyotaki River.

中川自治会館前　→　中川八幡宮600年の大杉　→　町並み　→　丸太磨き　→　路地歩き　→　巨大台杉　→　宗蓮寺[非公開寺院]　→　丸太問屋
※歩きやすい服装でお越しください。
【Course】
In front of Nakagawa Autonomy Hall → Nakagawa Hachimangu Shrine 600-year-old large cedar → Townscape → Log polishing → Alley walk → Giant Daisugi → Sorenji Temple [closed temple] → Log wholesaler
*Please wear clothes that are easy to walk in.

◎中川唯一のお食事処「山の麺処」で昼食をされる場合は、同時にお申込みいただくことができます。
◎If you would like to have lunch at Yamanmendokoro, the only restaurant in Nakagawa, you can apply at the same time.

【アクセス】
JRバスご利用の場合、京都駅中央口前　午前8時30分発の「周山」行にご乗車ください。
集合場所の中川自治会館前に最寄りの「中川学校前」停に9時29分着となります。
自動車では、京都市内中心部より約40分~50分程度となります。
【access】
If you are using the JR Bus, please take the 8:30 am bus bound for "Shuzan" in front of the central exit of Kyoto Station.
It will arrive at the nearest "Nakagawa Gakko-mae" stop in front of the meeting place, Nakagawa Community Hall, at 9:29.
By car, it takes about 40 to 50 minutes from the center of Kyoto city.
