2022年8月4日～5日に東北大学の片平キャンパスで開催されましたハイブリッド国際の支援業務を承りました。
弊社では、広報WEBページ、講演申込・予稿投稿・参加登録フォーム作成、動画収録及びダイジェスト作成、当日配信機材、技術スタッフ、英語対応、受付、誘導版、名札作成、コロナ感染対策等の業務を担当させていただきました。

We supported the hybrid international event held at Katahira Campus of Tohoku University on August 4th and 5th, 2022.
At our company, we were in charge of public relations web page, lecture application / abstract submission / participation registration form creation, video recording and digest creation, delivery equipment on the day, technical staff, English support, reception, guidance version, name tag creation, corona infection countermeasures, etc.

日本、欧州、北米を結んでの5日間（2022年3月7日～11日）の国際会議。
配信会場は「鳥羽伏見の戦い」から西陣に避難された際に建造された京町家にて無事終了しました。

A five-day (March 7-11, 2022) international conference connecting Japan, Europe and North America.
The venue was a Kyomachiya that built was built in Nishijin around 150 years ago after the "Battle of Toba-Fushimi".

2022年3月8日（火）在京都フランス領事館にて京都大学・北海道大学主催のハイブリッド円卓会議が開催されました。
弊社では、同時通訳者、映像オペレーター（Zoom配信・ホスト・YouTube対応）、音響オペレーター、同時通訳機器オペレーター、カメラマン、全体進行管理等の技術員、PC、スイッチャー、ミキサー、通訳機材、マイク、会場配置転換設営、アクリル板等感染対策用品等の当日運営業務に加え、インターネット回線手配、基調講演スライド翻訳、進行j台本作成、PPT作成、Web参加登録フォーム作成、登録者管理、出席状況とりまとめ、動画収録、動画編集等諸業務を承りました。

A hybrid roundtable conference hosted by Kyoto University and Hokkaido University and was held at the French Consulate in Kyoto on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
At our company supported with simultaneous interpreter, interpreter equipment, video operator (Zoom distribution / host / YouTube compatible), sound operator, simultaneous interpreter equipment operator, photographer, technician such as overall progress management, PC, switcher, mixer, microphone, and venue relocation. In addition to setting up, setting up infection protections, such as acrylic boards, Internet line arrangement, keynote lecture slide translation, progress j script creation, PPT creation, Web participation registration form creation, registrant management, attendance status summary, video recording, we have received various tasks such as video editing.






















  

3月8日コングレ日本橋を配信会場としての国際金融のオンラインセミナーの開催支援を承りました。弊社ではノートPC、スイッチャ等映像・音響各種機材一式、映像オペレーター、音響オペレーター、動画収録を担当致しました。

On March 8 we supported the online seminar on international finance with Congrès Nihonbashi as the distribution venue. At our company, we oversaw various video and audio equipment such as notebook PCs and switchers, video operators, sound operators, and video recording.





  

2022年3月5日と6日に Digital Interactive Entertainment Conference が開催されました。弊社では、登壇者への交通・宿泊手配謝金支払い手続き代行費用、動画収録・編集、同時通訳調整・事前打合せ費用、メインビジュアル・バナーデザイン作成、Zoom設定確認、Zoom参加登録フォーム作成、参加登録者管理、当日技術支援及びYouTube（サテライトオフィスでのリモート対応）等を承りました。

The Digital Interactive Entertainment Conference was held on March 5th and 6th, 2022. We provided, transportation / accommodation arrangement fee payment procedure agency fee to the speaker, video recording / editing, simultaneous interpretation adjustment / pre-meeting fee, main visual / banner design creation, Zoom setting confirmation, Zoom participation registration form creation, participation registrant and we provided managerial, and technical support on the day, YouTube (remote support at satellite office), etc.  

2022年3月3日20時より、アメリカ・フランス・中国・タイ・日本を結んだオンライン国際シンポジウムが開催されました。弊社ではノートPC、スイッチャ等映像・音響各種機材一式、オペレーター、音響オペレーター、英語ディレクター、動画収録・編集作業等を担当致しました。

An online international symposium connecting the United States, France, China, Thailand, and Japan was held from 20:00 on March 3, 2022. Our company were in charge of various video and audio equipment such as notebook PCs and switchers, operators, audio operators, English directors, video recording and editing work, etc.

2022年2月6日、大阪大学よりオンライン教育研修会が配信されました。
弊社では、事前準備諸業務では、Zoom Webinar 設定、登録フォーム設定、投票機能・終了後アンケート作成）設定など、注意事項スライド作成、講演資料準備、各講演資料データ収集、PDF製本データ作成、PDF講演資料送付（Dropbox利用）を実施。当日配信関係では、当日各技術スタッフ、当日映像音響機材、感染対策備品、お弁当手配を、事後業務では、収録動画加工・公開動画編集、動画公開及びリンク告知等を承りました。

On February 6, 2022, an online education workshop was held by Osaka University.
Our company provided, for the preparatory work, Zoom Webinar setting, registration form setting, voting function, post-completion questionnaire creation) setting, etc. Precautions slide creation, lecture material preparation, each lecture material data collection, PDF bookbinding data creation, PDF lecture Send materials (using Dropbox).
